What is it?
Fiber is found in food, plant, and it is actually part of the plant that your body does not digest or absorb. To do this, it is not digested, and the result is increasing in most of your stool. Fiber comes in two forms:
Soluble fibre (think sponge): dissolves in a gel-like material and was established to help lower blood cholesterol and regulate the glucose. Soluble fibre found in husk psyllium (found in bars and fibre supplements), oats, barley, beans, apples, carrots, citrus fruit.
Insoluble fibres (think broom): increases in bulk in stool continue to advance things. Ideal for a solution to the constipation or irregularity. Insoluble fibre found in bran, whole wheat, nuts, and most fruits and vegetables.
These two types of fibre are good! Eat a variety of fibre-rich foods to get the most benefits.
