Vampire "eclipse" offers tips on staying happy, adjust

Dallas Howard can play an evil vampire in the movie "Twilight" new "Eclipse", but she knows how to keep his friends close, his happiness in its highest and his body for its best.

She has recently given Self magazine the inside scoop on his life offscreen.


The self-labeled "twi-hard" (and daughter of Oscar Director Ron Howard), said the mag she received good during the filming of "eclipse" but is struggling to maintain the same level of fitness when the cameras stopped rolling. If she and five other friends create a club, group fitness to keep each other motivated.


"I realized that with regard to physical fitness, it is often so much easier to let me down to let someone that I love down," she said. "By creating a reward system based on the objectives of the physical condition of the group, well, it is therefore much more likely and fun success!"


Apart from the track with its training sessions, Howard has adopted other healthy habits, too. Homeopathy and travel occasionally to the acupuncturist to appreciate where food comes after years of being a vegan, it maintains a healthy lifestyle. But it will not engage in its guilty pleasures from time to time.


"It's good for the mind," she said.


To keep his happiness check, colour Howard once its schedule to see if his time spent on the family, work, health, friendships, spiritual growth, and other activities were consistent with his personal principles. And when they do not, it is stated to rearrange his schedule.


"It is obviously a work in progress, but this balance versus the perspective of the proportion has really changed things for me," said.


Regards Howard of beauty routine? She gets a good haircut, drinks lots of water, dry-brush his skin before a shower and uses the protective skin cream of eight hours of Elizabeth Arden on her lips.
